66458 - Zebra Z-Ultimate 3000T White Barcode Labels — High-Heat Thermal Transfer Labels for Manufacturing Lines
Production labels often face heat, solvents, and handling long after they leave the printer. Zebra Z-Ultimate 3000T labels are made for that stretch of the workflow, using a 2.0 mil gloss polyester face and a permanent acrylic adhesive in white or silver.
Printed with a matching Zebra ribbon, the 3000T keeps text and barcodes legible on circuit boards, automotive parts, and UL-certified products. Once applied and cured, it holds up from -40°F to 302°F.
Where 3000T Labels Fit in the Production Workflow
The Zebra 66458 is printed on a thermal transfer printer, applied to the part or product at 50°F or warmer, and then left to dwell, usually for 24 hours, before it reaches full adhesion and temperature performance. From there it can move through high-heat processing and chemical cleaning steps.
It is not intended for IR reflow, so on PCB lines it belongs on the top side of the board after soldering.

Recommended Applications
Use Z-Ultimate 3000T for top-side PCB labels, automotive component labels, UL product labels, and asset tags on medical devices or food preparation equipment that are cleaned with chemicals.
Ribbon Pairing & Buyer Guidance
Pair the 3000T with Zebra 6200 wax/resin, 5095 resin, or 5100 resin ribbons. Choose 5095 or 5100 when UL certification is required. Test the label before use with gasoline, grease, or oil, and avoid acetone, MEK, TCE, and xylene.
Adhesion to polyethylene is low, so trial it on low-energy plastic surfaces first.
