Zebra Z-Perform 1500T supports indoor workflows that print and apply identification labels to packaging or items moving through production. Its white, smooth, topcoated paper accepts thermal-transfer printing, while permanent acrylic adhesive keeps the material aligned with lasting identification tasks.
For operations teams, successful deployment starts with matching the label, ribbon, and printer to the process. The material is recommended for printing up to 14 inches per second, with separate temperature requirements for application and subsequent service.
Use Z-Perform 1500T at packaging, compliance-labeling, work-in-process, or food-labeling stages. It provides a paper medium for the information your process requires, from package identification to production tracking.
Validate the printed label at the speed and settings used on the line. The material’s speed recommendation is one part of the setup; ribbon selection, printer capability, and the finished barcode’s readability also need to suit the application.
Uses include packaging-material labeling, compliance labeling, work in process, and food labeling. Indoor operations should assess actual surface conditions and handling before standardizing on the material.
Z-Perform 1500T is not recommended for outdoor exposure. Water and window-cleaner contact require application testing under Zebra’s guidance; alcohol, bleach, IPA, and other listed stronger exposures are not recommended.
Match the label dimensions, media format, and sensing requirements to the printer. Zebra references 6000, 2000, and 6100 ribbons in its material guidance; confirm the appropriate ribbon configuration for the equipment.
Apply labels within the application-temperature limit, then evaluate adhesion and printed information through the full process. The service-temperature rating does not lower the minimum application temperature.
