10023341 - Zebra Z-Xtreme 4000T White Thermal Transfer Labels
Matte Polyester Labels for Plastic Parts and Outdoor Product Lines
Labeling plastic parts is where many polyester labels fail, lifting at the edges or peeling off entirely. Zebra Z-Xtreme 4000T labels pair a matte polyester face with a High Performance Acrylic adhesive that holds on polycarbonate and polyethylene as well as metal.
Printed with Zebra 6200, 6100, or 3200 ribbons, the 4000T stays readable through heat up to 300°F, moderate chemicals, and up to 3 years outdoors. It is available in white or silver.

Where the Zebra 10023341 Label Fits in Production
The 4000T prints on a thermal transfer printer and is applied at 50°F or above, directly to metal or plastic parts. After a dwell period, usually 24 hours, it reaches full bond strength and can move through heat processing, cleaning, or outdoor deployment.
Because all three recommended ribbons are UL certified, a line can switch between wax/resin and resin ribbons without losing UL compliance.
Operational Advantages for Plastic and Outdoor Labeling
- Higher adhesion on polycarbonate and polyethylene reduces label lift on plastic components.
- UL coverage with three ribbons simplifies ribbon stocking for UL labels.
- Indoor/outdoor UL recognition lets one label serve products used in both settings.
- Resistance to alcohol, IPA, ammonia, and bleach keeps labels intact through sanitation.
- A matte surface keeps printed codes easy to read under bright lighting.
Recommended Uses for Z-Xtreme 4000T White Labels
Use the 4000T for UL product labels, top-side PCB labels, automotive labeling, and product ID on plastic housings. It also fits medical devices and food preparation equipment that are cleaned often.
