Color-Coded High-Temp Labels for PCB and Production Lines
On a busy electronics or manufacturing line, color is the fastest way to tell parts apart. Zebra Z-Supreme 4000T labels bring that to high-heat applications, offering 2.7 mil coated polyimide in white, yellow, or green with a high-temp permanent acrylic adhesive.
Printed with Zebra 5100 resin ribbon, the 4000T handles 500°F for 5 minutes, 572°F for 90 seconds, and -40°F to 356°F in continuous service. It also resists gasoline, oil, grease, alcohol, and bleach.
Typical uses include color-coded top- and bottom-side PCB labels, automotive part labels, and product ID on components that pass through short high-heat steps in electronics and manufacturing.
Where the Zebra 10023337 Label Fits in Production
Labels print on a mid-range or high-performance thermal transfer printer with 5100 ribbon and are applied at 50°F or warmer. After dwell, parts can move through high-heat steps, with the label color signaling product line, revision, or process stage.
Keep the 4000T out of IR reflow ovens and away from acetone, MEK, TCE, and xylene, which Zebra lists as not recommended.
