Thermal Transfer Polypropylene Labels for Warehouse and Packaging Lines
Warehouse labels get wrapped, stacked, splashed, and dragged across shelving. Zebra PolyPro 4000T labels hold up to that with a heavy 4.2 mil matte white polypropylene face that resists tearing and water, backed by a permanent acrylic adhesive.
Printed with Zebra 3200 ribbon, the 4000T resists alcohol, bleach, gasoline, grease, and oil. After application it holds from -65°F to 248°F, and it bonds well to steel, polycarbonate, and polyethylene.
Typical uses include pallet wrap labels, shelf edge labels, industrial product labels, and box labels on most packaging materials and plastic substrates. Labels can also be recycled with other polypropylene packaging.
Where the PolyPro 4000T Fits in Warehouse Workflows
Labels print on a Zebra 3" Core thermal transfer printer at the packing or shipping station and are applied at 45°F or warmer. After dwell, labeled pallets and cartons can move into cold or deep-freeze storage or warm staging areas.

PolyPro 4000T Ribbon & Testing Tips
Use Zebra 3200 ribbon where chemical resistance matters; 4800 and 5095 ribbons should be tested in your application. The label is not rated for acetone, MEK, TCE, or xylene. Order Zebra sample SAMPLE5300 to test before rollout.
