Printing wristbands on demand changes how a venue handles admission. Instead of pre-buying fixed ticket stock, you load a roll of Zebra Z-Band Fun into a compatible thermal printer and print exactly what the day requires — barcode, date, color, or tier — right at the point of issue.
These are direct thermal, Red polypropylene bands, so there's no ribbon in the production line to manage. That keeps a wristband printing station simple: printer, wristband stock, and a scanner at the exit point.
Z-Band Fun sits at the front end of an access-control or ticketing workflow: a guest checks in, staff print and apply the band, and downstream scan points read the barcode to validate entry or ride access. Because the wristband is blank until printed, the same roll can serve multiple ticket types or price tiers within a single event.
Suited to one-day, minimal-water-exposure environments: carnivals, amusement parks, fairs and festivals, theme parks, zoos and aquariums, sporting events, concerts, and nightclubs.
Prints on Zebra wristband cartridge printers, including the HC100, and Zebra 2" and 4" desktop printers such as the GK420d, GX420t, GX430t, ZD510-HC, and the LP/TLP 2824, 2844, and 3844 series. For ZPL and EPL printers, set darkness to 12 and print speed to 2 ips; cartridge printers apply the correct settings automatically. Choose the 1" or 3" core roll based on your printer's spindle and feed capacity before ordering.
